Silicone release agent has excellent heat resistance and does not react with other chemicals, therefore it doesn't bring any contamination to the mold or molding material as general-purpose wax or talc do. Also it doesn't generate any bad odor or smoke. Silicone release agent can reduce defect rate, increase production efficiency, and shorten process time. Additionally silicone release agents can be used as lubricants and for anti-scratch & protective coating purposes.

KEUM GANG KR-330 Emulsion has been specially formulated for use as arelease
agent/lubricant either "as received" or prediluted with water.
KR-330 Emulsion has been used in both car and furniture polish formulations,
as well as on its own in diluted form for all-purpose polishes.
Benefits

at 54°C)

How to use
- KR-330 Emulsion may be applied as received in a diluted form by the
conventional methods of spraying, dipping, wiping or brushing. Low hardness
water should be used for dilution. A typical dilution is Emulsion(1
part w/w) to water (20 parts w/w) but the user should determine the
best concentration and application method on a small scale before production.
Notices
- When stored at or below 35°C in the original unopened containers, this
product has usable life of 18 months from the date of production.

- Wipe, brush or spray the emulsion in diluted form. Recommended starting
dilution Is from 1:10 to 1:100(KR-355 To water). To determine the best
conditions of dilution and application on a test sample before use
