Founded in 1999, <b>Novera Optics,</b> Inc. is a development stage company headquartered
in San Jose, California. Novera Optics also maintains facilities in Korea. We
raised $11 million first round financing (February, 2000), and $56 million in
second round financing (equity, February and July, 2001). Our investors include
Agilent Technologies, Amerindo Investment Advisors, Enterprise Partners, Essex
Investment Management, Intel Capital, KLM Capital Group, KTB Ventures, Meritech
Capital Partners, Octane Capital Management, Redpoint Ventures, Storm Ventures,
